Promoxwear Returns & Refund Policy
At PROMOXWEAR, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom embroidered apparel. Because many of our products are customized with your logo, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since receipt of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return (non-custom items only), your item must be:

Unused

Unworn
-
In the same condition that you received it

In original packaging
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom embroidered, printed, or personalized items are final sale.
Because each item is made specifically for your order and customized with your logo, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Custom embroidered apparel

Custom logo garments
-
Personalized items
-
Bulk custom orders
If there is an issue due to our error (such as incorrect embroidery or damaged merchandise), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review and resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected (for eligible non-custom items), we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within several business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing or embroidery error.
We do not accept exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Color preference changes
-
Design changes after approval
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
Shipping Returns
To initiate a return for an eligible non-custom item, please email us first for return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. PROMOXWEAR cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
