What Is Logo Digitizing?

Logo digitizing is the process of converting your artwork into a specialized embroidery file. This file contains stitch instructions that tell the embroidery machine where to sew, which stitch types to use, and how the design should be constructed.

A JPG, PNG or PDF may look perfect on a screen, but embroidery requires different preparation. The artwork must be translated into stitches so the finished logo looks clean on fabric.

Logo Digitizing FAQ

Why does my logo need to be digitized for embroidery?

Embroidery machines cannot sew directly from a standard image file. Your artwork must be converted into a stitch file containing embroidery instructions.

Can I send a PNG, JPG or PDF logo?

Yes. Common image and artwork formats can be submitted. We review the file and prepare it for embroidery when digitizing is required.

Will my embroidered logo look exactly like the digital artwork?

Embroidery uses thread rather than pixels or ink, so very small details, gradients and thin lines may need to be adjusted for a clean stitched result.

Can the same digitized logo be used on every product?

Often the same embroidery file can be reused, but different garment types, placements or significantly different logo sizes may require adjustments or a separate setup.

Do you keep my digitized logo on file?

Yes. We keep your approved embroidery production file on record so future reorders using the same logo are easier to process.

Can I approve the embroidery setup before production?

Yes. PROMOXWEAR reviews the logo setup before production so you can confirm the size, colors and placement.
