1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of PROMOXWEAR.com and purchases made through PROMOXWEAR. By accessing our website, submitting artwork, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced on this website.

2. Products and Services

PROMOXWEAR provides custom apparel and decoration services, including embroidery and other approved decoration methods. Product colors, sizing, fabric appearance and decoration may vary slightly from photographs, digital mockups and screen displays.

We may update, modify or discontinue products, colors, sizes, brands or services based on supplier availability or business needs.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to review, decline or cancel an order when necessary, including for product availability, pricing errors, artwork concerns, suspected fraud or requests we cannot reasonably produce.

You are responsible for reviewing product selections, quantities, sizes, colors, shipping information and customization instructions before submitting your order.

4. Artwork, Logos and Customer Approval

You are responsible for providing accurate artwork and having the legal right or permission to use any logo, trademark, name or design submitted to PROMOXWEAR.

When a proof or embroidery approval is provided, you are responsible for reviewing spelling, colors, placement, dimensions and other visible details before approving production. Production may begin after approval, and approved customization generally cannot be changed once work has started.

5. Logo Digitizing and Setup

Artwork may require digitizing, conversion, cleanup or other production preparation before embroidery or decoration. Setup work, digitizing and other completed pre-production services may be non-refundable once the work has been performed.

Production files created for PROMOXWEAR's equipment and workflow may be retained in our system to simplify future reorders.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping, setup charges, additional decoration, special placement, rush production or other order-specific charges may be added where applicable.

Payment must be authorized before an order is processed unless separate written payment arrangements have been approved by PROMOXWEAR.

7. Small Order Processing and Other Fees

Certain orders may include processing, setup or customization fees. Any applicable fee will be disclosed as part of the order process. Fees associated with completed setup, digitizing, artwork preparation or production work may not be refundable once that work has begun or been completed.

8. Production Times

Production estimates begin after required artwork approval and product availability are confirmed. Standard embroidery production is typically 5–7 business days after approval, but production time may vary due to order size, garment availability, decoration requirements, holidays or other operational factors.

Priority or rush production may be available for certain orders but is not guaranteed until confirmed.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges are generally calculated based on order weight, package size and destination. Free local delivery may be available for qualifying Tampa-area orders.

Shipping and production times are separate. Carrier delivery estimates begin after the completed order has shipped. PROMOXWEAR is not responsible for carrier delays outside our reasonable control, but we will assist with available tracking and shipment information.

10. Returns, Refunds and Customized Merchandise

Because embroidered, printed and personalized merchandise is produced specifically for each customer, customized products are generally not returnable or refundable unless there is an approved production issue.

Blank samples or non-customized merchandise may be eligible for return subject to our Returns Policy. Contact PROMOXWEAR before returning any item.

11. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you believe your order contains a production error, incorrect item or damage, contact us promptly with your order information and clear photographs when applicable. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

12. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes are not guaranteed. Once products have been ordered from suppliers, artwork preparation has begun, customization has started or production is underway, some or all costs may be non-refundable.

13. Company Stores and Business Accounts

Company stores, employee ordering programs and business account arrangements may be subject to additional written terms covering approved products, payment responsibilities, shipping, employee access and store administration.

14. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the PROMOXWEAR website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, use automated systems in a way that disrupts the site, or use the website for unlawful activity.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the PROMOXWEAR website, branding, page designs, written content, graphics and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to PROMOXWEAR and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Customer-submitted logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

16. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, shipping carriers, product suppliers, applications or external websites. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies, and PROMOXWEAR does not control every aspect of those third-party services.

17. Website Information and Availability

We work to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every product description, image, price, inventory status or website feature will always be error-free or continuously available. We may correct errors and update website information when necessary.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PROMOXWEAR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website, delays outside our reasonable control or use of products purchased through the site.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as our website, services or policies change. The version posted on this page will apply from its stated update date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
