Promoxwear provides custom logo embroidery and branded apparel services to customers nationwide. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Custom Orders

All custom embroidered items are made specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of these products:

  • All custom orders are final sale.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted on custom items unless there is a defect or error caused by Promoxwear.

3. Logo Approval & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all logo designs, including spelling, colors, and placement before production begins. Once approved:

  • Promoxwear is not responsible for errors in approved designs.
  • Changes cannot be made after production has started.

4. Production & Turnaround Time

Production typically takes 4ā€“7 business days after final approval. Turnaround times may vary depending on order size, product availability, and production volume.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are separate from production times. Promoxwear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors once an order has shipped.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. Promoxwear reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

8. Product Variations

Due to the nature of embroidery and apparel manufacturing, slight variations in color, placement, and stitching may occur. These are considered normal and not defects.

9. Intellectual Property

By submitting a logo or design, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it. Promoxwear is not responsible for trademark or copyright violations related to customer-provided designs.

10. Limitation of Liability

Promoxwear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
