See Your Logo Stitched Before We Produce Your Order
We don't ask you to approve embroidery based on a computer mockup alone. We stitch your logo onto fabric and send you a photo of the actual sew-out so you can review the thread colors, details and overall appearance before production begins.
Your approval comes first. Production begins only after you approve your embroidery proof.

Minimum Orders & Logo Setup
There is no minimum order quantity. First-time orders under $300 have a one-time $50 Small Order Processing Fee for logo setup. Orders of $300 or more have this fee waived. Once your logo is saved on file, future orders can be placed in any quantity without that setup fee.
Embroidery Proof & Approval
We digitize your logo for embroidery and provide a photo of the actual logo sewn on fabric for your review. We confirm placement and size, and we begin production only after you approve the proof.
Embroidery Placement & Pricing
Standard embroidery in the primary location is included with eligible embroidered products. Additional embroidery placements, where available, are $7.99 per placement. Placement choices and applicable charges are shown on the product page or confirmed before production.
Production & Delivery Times
Our standard production estimate is 5β7 business days after proof approval. Priority and rush options may be available; timing depends on the order and is confirmed before production. Shipping transit time may be additional.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders over $400. Orders below that threshold have a standard shipping charge of $22.99. Any available expedited shipping options and final charges are shown or confirmed during ordering.
Returns & Custom Orders
Custom-decorated merchandise is generally final sale. Non-custom merchandise may be eligible for return within 30 days, subject to our return policy. Please contact us promptly if there is a problem with your order.
