2. Custom Orders & Logo Approval

Most PROMOXWEAR products are custom-made.

By submitting a logo or approving a digital proof:

  • You confirm you have the legal right to use the logo or design.

  • You approve spelling, placement, size, and colors.

  • Production begins after approval.

PROMOXWEAR is not responsible for errors that were approved in the final proof.

All custom embroidered and personalized items are final sale except in cases of manufacturing or decoration defects.

3. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

Size charts are provided for reference, and customers are encouraged to verify measurements before ordering.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust pricing at any time

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors

  • Refuse service at our discretion

Payment must be received before production begins.

5. Production & Delivery Times

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for reference only.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Supply chain interruptions

PROMOXWEAR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Custom embroidered items are final sale.

  • Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.

All website content, logos, images, graphics, and text are the property of PROMOXWEAR and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any submitted logo or artwork.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
