Production & Ship-Out Estimates

All orders are custom produced and require processing time before shipment.

Estimated ship-out dates are displayed at checkout based on current production capacity and the production speed selected during checkout.

Standard Production typically ships within 5–7 business days.

Priority Production includes expedited processing for an additional $85, with an earlier estimated ship-out date displayed at checkout.

Rush Production is our fastest available production option for an additional $115, placing your order at the front of our production queue.

Production begins once your artwork or logo has been received, any required proof has been approved, and payment has been completed.

Shipping Rates

Orders of $500 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping within the United States.

Orders under $500 will be charged shipping rates calculated automatically at checkout.

All shipping charges are displayed before payment is finalized.

Delivery Information

The estimated ship-out date shown at checkout reflects when your order is expected to leave our facility. Carrier transit time is separate and begins after your order has shipped.

While we strive to meet every estimated ship-out date, production may occasionally be affected by artwork approval delays, inventory availability, large order volume, seasonal demand, or carrier delays that are outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed automatically to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment notification.

Need Your Order by a Specific Date?

If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting Priority or Rush Production during checkout.

If you have a firm deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm that we are able to meet your requested delivery date.
