At PROMOXWEAR, we are committed to delivering premium custom embroidered apparel quickly, reliably, and professionally throughout the United States.

Production & Ship-Out Estimates

All orders are custom produced and require processing time before shipment.

Estimated ship-out dates are displayed at checkout based on current production capacity and your selected production speed.

Standard Production (Free)
Typically ships in 5–7 business days

Priority Production (+$85)
Expedited processing with earlier ship-out date shown at checkout

Rush Production (+$115)
Fastest available production speed with priority queue placement

Production begins once all of the following are complete:

  • Logo/artwork file is received
  • Artwork proof is approved (if applicable)
  • Payment is completed

Shipping Rates

  • FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $500
  • Orders under $500 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout

All shipping charges are displayed before final payment.

Important Delivery Information

Ship-out dates shown at checkout reflect estimated production completion / dispatch dates.

Carrier transit time is separate unless otherwise specified.

Actual ship-out dates may vary slightly due to:

  • Artwork approval delays
  • Inventory availability
  • Large order volume
  • Peak seasonal demand
  • Carrier delays outside our control

Tracking information is emailed automatically once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
