PROMOXWEAR ships custom embroidered apparel nationwide. Shipping costs are calculated by order weight, size and destination, with free local delivery available for qualifying Tampa-area orders.

Free local delivery is available for qualifying orders in the Tampa area. Contact us if you are unsure whether your delivery address qualifies.
Production Before Shipping
Standard embroidery production is typically 5–7 business days after artwork approval. Shipping transit time begins after production is complete.

PROMOXWEAR ships custom embroidered apparel to businesses, schools, teams and organizations throughout the United States.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided once your order has completed production and ships from our facility.
Large & Multi-Location Orders
Business and organization orders can be coordinated for one central location or multiple destinations when arranged in advance.
Production time and shipping time are separate.
Your order must first complete artwork approval and production before it enters carrier transit.
