Because custom apparel is made specifically for your order, embroidered, printed or personalized items are generally not returnable unless there is an approved production issue.

Blank, unused sample items may be eligible for return when they are unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Contact us before sending anything back.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a production issue, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the problem.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once artwork, customization or production has started, changes may be limited.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. We will review your order and provide the correct next steps.

Can I return embroidered or customized apparel?

Customized apparel is generally not returnable because it is produced specifically for your order. If there is a production error or approved issue, contact us so we can review it.

What should I do if my order is incorrect?

Contact PROMOXWEAR as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the affected items.

Can I return a blank sample?

Blank samples may be eligible for return if they are unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Contact us first for approval and return instructions.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Possibly, if production has not started. Contact us immediately. Once artwork, digitizing, embroidery or other customization work has begun, cancellation may not be available.

Who pays return shipping?

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return. If an approved production issue is confirmed, we will explain the available resolution and shipping instructions.

How are refunds handled?

Approved refunds are processed according to the circumstances of the order and the payment method used. Customization, setup or completed production costs may not be refundable once work has begun.
