Why Choose PROMOXWEAR for PROMOXWEAR?
Frequently Asked Questions About PROMOXWEAR
Answers about ordering, logo embroidery, and approval at PROMOXWEAR.
Can I order just one item from PROMOXWEAR?
Yes. PROMOXWEAR offers custom logo embroidery with no minimum order quantity, whether you need one item for yourself or matching apparel for a larger team.
Is standard logo embroidery included in the price?
Standard logo embroidery is included in eligible embroidered apparel pricing. A one-time logo setup charge or additional fees for extra placements and specialty embroidery may apply. Check the product details and checkout for applicable charges.
Will I see a real embroidered sample before production?
Yes. For custom embroidery orders, PROMOXWEAR prepares a stitched sample of your logo and sends a photograph for your review. Production begins after you approve the embroidery proof.
How do I send my logo for embroidery?
Choose your items and upload your logo while ordering. If your logo is already saved with PROMOXWEAR, you can select your logo on file when available.
How do I choose the right apparel for my team?
Start with your team's daily activities, desired fit, fabric preferences, and care needs. Compare individual product specifications and size charts before ordering.
Can I use my approved logo for future orders?
Yes. Your approved logo can be saved for convenient reorders, so you can order more custom apparel without starting the embroidery approval process from scratch when the same design and specifications apply.
