Can I order just one bag?

Yes. PROMOXWEAR has no minimum quantity for embroidery. Order one bag or outfit your whole team.

Is logo embroidery included in the price?

Yes, logo embroidery is included in the product price. A one-time $50 setup fee applies to new logos and is waived on orders of $300 or more. Additional placements may cost extra. Shipping and taxes are additional.

Will I approve my logo before production?

Yes. After your order is placed, we prepare your embroidery file and send a photo of a stitched sew-out for approval before production.

Can every pocket or panel be embroidered?

No. Embroidery requires access to the area behind the fabric. Linings, zippers and internal compartments can limit placement. Contact us about a specific panel or pocket.

How large can my logo be on a bag?

The available embroidery area varies by bag. We will review the style and artwork before confirming a suitable logo size.

Are embroidered bags suitable for employee gifts?

Yes. Backpacks, totes and duffels can be used for employee gifts or welcome kits. You can order just one or select several for your team.

How do I reorder with the same logo?

Choose Logo on File on the product page and provide your company name or order details when requested. Same-logo reorders have no setup fee.

How long does an order take?
