Can I order just one hat?

Yes. PROMOXWEAR has no minimum quantity for embroidery. Order one hat or outfit your whole team.

Is logo embroidery included in the price?

Yes, logo embroidery is included in the product price. A one-time $50 setup fee applies to new logos and is waived on orders of $300 or more. Additional placements may cost extra. Shipping and taxes are additional.

Will I approve my logo before production?

Yes. After your order is placed, we prepare your embroidery file and send a photo of a stitched sew-out for approval before production.

Will my logo fit on a hat?

Fit depends on the hat’s shape, stitching area and logo detail. Small lettering or complex artwork may need simplification. We will review your design before production.

Can you embroider the back or side?

Additional placements are available on suitable styles and may cost extra. Contact us with the hat style and your design before ordering.

Do you offer 3D puff embroidery?

Ask us about 3D puff for hats. It works best with suitable bold designs and compatible cap styles; availability and pricing depend on your artwork.

How do I reorder with the same logo?

Choose Logo on File on the product page and provide your company name or order details when requested. Same-logo reorders have no setup fee.

How long does an order take?

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. Logo approval, product availability and shipping affect delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific date.
