Can I order just one jacket?
Yes. PROMOXWEAR has no minimum quantity for embroidery. Order one jacket or outfit your whole team.
Is logo embroidery included in the price?
Yes, logo embroidery is included in the product price. A one-time $50 setup fee applies to new logos and is waived on orders of $300 or more. Additional placements may cost extra. Shipping and taxes are additional.
Will I approve my logo before production?
Yes. After your order is placed, we prepare your embroidery file and send a photo of a stitched sew-out for approval before production.
Can you embroider any jacket material?
Embroidery suitability depends on fabric, lining and construction. Select an embroidery-ready style from our catalog or contact us about a particular jacket.
Does embroidery affect waterproof fabric?
Embroidery creates needle holes and can affect a waterproof membrane at the stitched area. If maintaining waterproof performance is essential, contact us before ordering.
Can I request a sleeve or back logo?
Contact us with your design and preferred placement. Suitability and pricing depend on the jacket and the size and complexity of the logo.
How do I reorder with the same logo?
Choose Logo on File on the product page and provide your company name or order details when requested. Same-logo reorders have no setup fee.
How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. Logo approval, product availability and shipping affect delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific date.
