Can I order just one sweatshirt or hoodie?
Yes. PROMOXWEAR has no minimum quantity for embroidery. Order one sweatshirt or hoodie or outfit your whole team.
Is logo embroidery included in the price?
Yes, logo embroidery is included in the product price. A one-time $50 setup fee applies to new logos and is waived on orders of $300 or more. Additional placements may cost extra. Shipping and taxes are additional.
Will I approve my logo before production?
Yes. After your order is placed, we prepare your embroidery file and send a photo of a stitched sew-out for approval before production.
Can my logo go across a zipper?
Embroidery generally needs a clear area away from zippers, thick seams and pockets. We can help select a placement that suits the garment and logo.
Can I get a large design on the back?
Contact us with the artwork and size first. Large designs need separate review and pricing. If screen printing is a better fit, our screen-printing minimum is 25 pieces.
Will a small logo work on fleece?
Many logos work well, but tiny text and fine details may need adjustments on textured fabric. Your sew-out approval helps confirm the stitched result.
How do I reorder with the same logo?
Choose Logo on File on the product page and provide your company name or order details when requested. Same-logo reorders have no setup fee.
How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. Logo approval, product availability and shipping affect delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific date.
