Can I order just one embroidered T-shirt?

Yes. There is no minimum quantity for embroidery. Order one T-shirt or outfit your whole team.

Is logo embroidery included in the price?

Yes, logo embroidery is included in the product price. A one-time $50 setup fee applies to new logos and is waived on orders of $300 or more. Additional placements may cost extra. Shipping and taxes are additional.

Will I approve my logo before production?

Yes. After your order is placed, we prepare your embroidery file and send a photo of a stitched sew-out for approval before production.

Can every T-shirt be embroidered?

Fabric weight and logo size affect the result. Small chest logos are usually more suitable than large dense designs on lightweight T-shirts. Contact us for help choosing a garment for your design.

Where will the logo be embroidered?

Left chest is a common choice. Pockets, seams and garment construction can affect placement. Check the product options or contact us about a specific location.

How do I reorder with the same logo?

Choose Logo on File on the product page and provide your company name or order details when requested. Same-logo reorders have no setup fee.

How long does an order take?

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. Logo approval, product availability and shipping affect delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific date.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. PROMOXWEAR ships throughout the United States. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Does no minimum also apply to screen printing?

No minimum applies to embroidery. Screen printing requires a minimum of 25 pieces. Contact us if you need a large printed front or back design.
