Custom Embroidery Pricing, Explained
Whether you need one embroidered polo or uniforms for an entire team, the price shown on each PROMOXWEAR product page includes standard logo embroidery. Your garment choice and quantity determine the product subtotal. Shipping, applicable taxes and any qualifying logo setup fee are handled separately at checkout.
No Minimum Order
Order a single embroidered item or outfit your entire business. There's no embroidery quantity minimum.
One-Time Logo Setup
New logos have a one-time $50 setup fee, waived when your order reaches $300 or more.
Free Digital Proof
Review your logo placement and design before production. We also provide sew-out approval when applicable.

What Will My Order Cost?
Use this simple guide to understand the pricing shown in your cart. We don't publish a made-up per-stitch price because our standard embroidery is included in the item price.
- Choose your products. Each eligible product displays its price with standard logo embroidery included.
- Upload your logo or select βLogo on File.β New logos may require a one-time $50 setup fee.
- Check the setup-fee waiver. The $50 fee is waived on orders of $300 or more, and qualifying repeat orders using a logo already on file don't pay it again.
- Review checkout. Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated separately; optional rush services, if selected, may add charges.
